Instead of chasing grand achievements, it focuses on the beauty of engaging with what brings meaning and joy into our daily lives. The author’s perspective encourages readers to view passion as a practice, not a destination. It’s an inspiring reminder that fulfillment often lies in curiosity, contribution, and consistent effort toward what genuinely excites our hearts and minds.

Maybe it's my season for challenges and I need to bask in God's word by faith to overcome them. Thank you for reminding me of God's word and his promises. They give assurance.

Comment on Finding Purpose in Life: The Long Guide to Finding Your Life’s Work by Shaunta Wallace https://themeaningmovement.com/finding-purpose-in-life/#comment-244698 Mon, 29 Sep 2025 17:34:34 +0000 http://themeaningmovement.com/?p=3632#comment-244698 I came across your page without warning. I dove into my philosophy in life, which I cannot quite pinned point it in words yet that make sense. I have had a ton of bad luck when it comes to my life choices and career. I worked in the CNA world for 22 years now, and come to find out I cannot work the way that I want to. What I mean by that is Holistic Nursing. Everything in healthcare is ran by a tight ship and I do not like most of the rules and guidelines, as I am a natural born caring and loving person. Caregiving is my jam and I enjoy doing the things at home too, like cleaning, cooking and just taking care of my family. But I have struggled to be liked by anyone that I work with and I can't figure it out, I am not a mean person by any means. I am direct, honest and sometimes I do not have a filter. But I do not say or do things in a bad way. Currently I dread finding employment after being randomly let go everywhere I work. I live in Minnesota so that means they can let you go without reason and whatever reason they want. and to top it off I am constantly being denied unemployment. I feel worthless.

Comment on The Stranger by Albert Camus: A Modern Analysis of Life’s Absurdity by Robert Klose https://themeaningmovement.com/the-stranger-albert-camus-review/#comment-244697 Fri, 26 Sep 2025 16:28:53 +0000 https://themeaningmovement.com/the-stranger-albert-camus-review/#comment-244697 Meursault's indifference, for me, contains a comic element. I'm thinking of the scene where Marie asks him if he wants to marry her and he basically says it's all the same to him, so sure, why not? I felt that Woody Allen could make a lot of hay with such a plot – a man so disconnected from feeling anything about life that he's game for anything.

Comment on Depression Paralysis: When You Feel Too Overwhelmed to Move (And How to Break Free) by Tony Sandy https://themeaningmovement.com/depression-paralysis-how-to-break-free/#comment-244693 Mon, 22 Sep 2025 08:50:32 +0000 https://themeaningmovement.com/depression-paralysis-how-to-break-free/#comment-244693 SAD or Seasonal Affective Disorder: Over the last few days I have noticed that my enthusiasm for food, projects and even buying things has shrunk. It seems that as the days get shorter (colder and darker), my urge to do anything is in retreat. I also notice staring and my mind going blank, like I'm in a trance, creeping up on me. Am I slipping into a state of hibernation? My wife's driving is also showing this and has for the last three years (three near minor accidents the first year and twice in the second year, including clipping the wing mirror against a bus as we passed it). It is only this year that I've started to recognise the symptoms in me too. It's like Stan Lee's heroes, who are all mild mannered thinkers (Superman, Spiderman and The Hulk – the last one especially in the TV series, where you see him calming (cooling) down and slowing down as he returns to the thinking stage of his life as opposed to his action man stance of the summer; heat and good weather makes us all hot headed activists as winter causes us to withdraw from life and ruminate about the past year and all our actions, preparing for the thaw of better weather and new planned actions to take then).

Comment on Why Do I Feel Emotions So Deeply? Understanding Your Emotional Intensity by M https://themeaningmovement.com/why-do-i-feel-emotions-so-deeply/#comment-244692 Thu, 18 Sep 2025 00:59:59 +0000 https://themeaningmovement.com/why-do-i-feel-emotions-so-deeply/#comment-244692 I feel very deep for people in pain and I can relate to the emotions people have, I know I can control it better when I am more rested but if I am tired it is more intense and it’s harder to control. I am trying to see this as a gift versus a weakness.
