I like reading what I see here. I write about life purpose from Christian perspective or even more from what I feel is God's perspective. It isn't as though I have all the answers I just try to listen to God and write what he wants me to say. There are so many different perspectives.
I believe we have the purpose of what we have in different areas of life. We have the area of a job or career. I like that Paul Angone speaks to those in their 20s who are working and still trying to figure it out. I like the ones that write to help those who are writing now like myself. I know there are those who have a career in travel or write about travel. Besides writing about life purpose I do write about travel and sports. I have a website herbnightingale.com where I write about any of the three or something different too. There is purpose about family and the spiritual side. I feel that the talents we have go toward are career and family. The gifts we have is for tge spiritual side which help others to figure the career, family and spiritual side too. Now that I am retired from a job my purpose is to help people on those three areas and even more. To encourage others that there is more to life. Besides writing God has called me to be a local missionary. Not only in the area I live but around the United States if I can. Not only to minister to people with the gifts I have but to help them discover what their purpose too. It took me a long time to find that I have a purpose. I have a lot more to give though I am turning 70 years old in two months. I want people to know whether they are my age, older or younger they have a lot to give until they take their last breath. We are each unique and each one must know that too.

Great post. thanks for sharing. Finding one’s life purpose can be a daunting task, Can you put aside the pressures of others and really search for your purpose? Not being told what to do is a hard concept for many people. I hope those out there can really dive into this and find peace and purpose.
